SMHA Legal Committee Meeting (via ZOOM)

This meeting will be a review of the attorney recommended amendment and staff and member comments to these recommendations. The committee will utilize the revisions and comments to the Declaration and By Laws as of Jan 4th 2022 on the www.suntreeflorida.com website as a guide to the meetings discussions.

NOTE:  All Association Members are able to login to the meeting via the invite instructions that will be sent via eblast on Tuesday. Their participation will be restricted (muted) as not to interfere with the meeting. If you wish to speak on a subject pertinent to the meetings purpose or agenda, you must contact the meetings organizer's email one (1) full business day prior to the meeting (submittal deadline is January 25th, 2022 at midnight) so that they may plan on removing the restriction for your comment during the meeting.
